Allie Hoekstra is a Limited Licensed Counselor in the state of Michigan. She values and honors each experience you hold and wants to meet you where you are on your journey of healing. She strongly believes that you are capable of finding and experiencing restoration, growth, and hope, even when it feels unreachable; you are not hopeless or helpless. Allie holds a Master's of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is pursuing a specialization in prenatal, postnatal, and infertility counseling along with other women's issues such as sexual trauma and eating disorders. She has experience working with individuals who are facing grief, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, and life changes. She offers a foundational approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating relationally oriented techniques that encourage, challenge, and invite growth and healing.
